None of that is hard to fix. It is just nobody's job.

We made it our job. Routegate takes one request, scores every channel you have connected, sends it to the one most likely to deliver, fails over inside the same request when that one does not answer, and settles the money in a double-entry ledger you can audit line by line. When something does go wrong, you hear it from us before you hear it from a customer.

We are a small team in Abuja building infrastructure for the people who sell airtime and data in Nigeria, and for the vendors who host the SIMs behind it. We ship in the open, we publish our incidents, and we answer support ourselves.
